We can help in a number of ways, bringing together our own skills, experience and, where relevant, products and those of our complementary partners. Our work broadly falls under two headings:


Specialist consultancy
To help our clients understand how best to approach their IEG strategies we provide specialist consultancy. Working closely with our client, and sometimes drawing on resources from our independent consultancy partners, we can advise on integration strategies, service delivery infrastructures and customer relationship management involving both business and technical aspects from process mapping through to implementation strategy.

Where the scope of a study is reasonably defined (and we can help in achieving this) we are happy to work on a fixed price basis, with clear benefit to our client in budget control.


Strategy implementation

We implement e-government solutions which combine our skills and products (notably our InterAct integration platform) and, where the situation demands, those from our strategic partners in these areas:
  • Electronic service delivery implementation, involving one-stop shops, multi-channel contact centres and self-service strategies, with a spectrum of functionality ranging from 'thin' contact handling through to fully-fledged customer or citizen relationship management.

  • Systems integration spanning e-GIF through to proprietary system integration.

  • Value adding applications such as data warehousing, workflow integration and centralised customer and property databases.
