Most of the solutions we deliver to our clients play a critical part in their business - they are 'mission critical'. So that we can be sure of delivering solutions which work, on time and every time, we have in place our quality management system (QMS), evolved and proven over several years.

Our QMS embodies many years' experience in a concise set of procedures which we use to control all our product development and client deliveries. Of clear benefit to our clients, our QMS also makes it easier for people within Business Resources where it has become the 'natural' way of working.

In 1994 we gained certification under ISO9001 TickIT, being one of the first UK software houses to do so. For us, this was a natural stage of evolution for our then-proven quality management standards.

Our TickIT certification applies to all aspects of our business: not just our software development work, but also our commercial, contractual and administration activities. The aim is to ensure that we deliver and subsequently support products and solutions to specification, on time and to budget and which prove themselves rugged and reliable, while at the same time being easy to deal with as a supplier. We place great store by exceeding our clients' expectations in us, this being the basis of our quality statement.
