Our focus at Business Resources is in two closely related areas: the continued development of our leading systems integration platform, InterAct, and implementing client solutions based on InterAct.

InterAct has already won an enviable reputation in our key markets for offering a flexible and highly cost effective way of exploiting the value of information held in existing and new IT systems. We commit a significant part of our technical resources to ensuring that InterAct continues to deliver against this hard won reputation. We strive to keep InterAct in step with emerging technologies while recognising that our customers need to marry new technology with their existing IT investments.

But it doesn't stop there. InterAct is much more than a 'take it or leave it'  toolkit like so many products in the 'middleware' market. Cavendish delivers complete integration solutions which meet our clients' needs for managing contact with their customers more smoothly and efficiently. And we work with partners who bring complementary skills to the InterAct proposition.

We're also able to help our clients in the early stages of strategy definition by sharing our experience and knowledge. Often a consultancy phase will help facilitate and crystalise thoughts and vision, perhaps augmented by a proof of concept or pilot stage.
